BUILDING FOREMAN – GAUTENG

Building Foreman required with a minimum of 10 years experience as a Foreman in construction.

Qualifications:  National Diploma or relevant Degree

Salary: R20k – R25k depending on experience

Contracts Manager - Gauteng - R30k - R40k
Responsibilities: 
 
The successful applicant will take responsibility for administering construction projects from commencement through to completion and hand over. 
This will include managing contract engineers, site agents and project managers, maintaining functional relationships with the client and all relevant stakeholders, project planning, commercial and contractual management 
Ensuring company HSE compliance, cost control and reporting of project forecasting. 

Requirements: 
 
The ideal candidate will hold a degree/diploma in Building Management or Civil Engineering, have a proven track record of at least 5 years in a site management position 
Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience on large construction projects (mainly Building).

Our client is looking for a multi skilled candidate, who would not only supervise the warehouse buy would also have to help set up events and sanitise equipment from time to time.

Good technical skill (electrical experience) as well as Warehouse experience is required.

Job Description:

Receiving, Issuing & Counting of stock

Capturing of stock data onto database

Ensure stock are in the correct locations

Rental Agent - George

The position of Rental Agent has become available in George.  The appointed person will be responsible for the collection and delivery of vehicles to customers, deal with rental enquiries, bookings and telephone calls and carry out clerical work.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving enquiries from the public both in person and by telephone take bookings and inform the customer of rates etc.
  • Booking customers by entering details into the system
  • Checking customer’s identification and driver’s licenses, draw up rental contracts and process payments
  • Ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers for collection and explain the operational workings of the vehicle to the customer
  • Checking returned cars for damage etc.
  • Arranging for returned cars to be cleaned and refueled, ready for the next customer.
  • Collating of all transactions into a daily report and balance cash and till.
  • The appointed person will be required to work shifts, including weekends and be able to work quickly and efficiently under stressful conditions.
